We had a wonderful stay here for a convention! The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed for a more intimate stay than a hotel. Will book again!

I stayed here three nights and slept soundly in the comfy bed. The apartment was quiet and clean and nicely furnished. It's next to Massachusetts Avenue which has lots of great restaurants. The location was perfect for my trip.

Great area. Very close to plenty of bars and grills, night life, event locations. Very nice apartment. I went solo and it was perfect for just me.

Great location and space for the price. WiFi was not honestly horrible for working but if you are there for an event or just to explore the area it is perfect. Noise is an issue but that’s the cost for staying on a great lively street. But again price was ideal. I will flag, there were some check-in issues but the team handled it quickly. I do have concerns if I were to check in late they may not have been as responsive and I could have been locked out of my room for a while.

In the heart of the city

This stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Love the walkable area. Bustling and lively. So many places to go within walking. Great if you are looking for nightlife and lgbtq+ friendly establishments. I would stay again. It is noisy at night, but city sounds don't bother me. I slept like a baby.

Wifi issues made this stay less stellar

My first time staying here was great, and the amazing location is what made me want to stay again. The actual apartment had all the comforts of home. The only issue this time around was the WiFi went out a day after I arrived and was not working properly throughout my entire stay which made it difficult to get things done. The company tried to fix the issue and said it was due to problems in the area, but it did put a damper on my stay being that I couldn't get certain things done to to slow or no WiFi.
