This hotel needs some major renovations. There was a smell of urine coming out of the air conditioning unit. The bathroom sink was dated and scratched. Faucet in the shower was heavily caulked and wobbly. Bedding was old and scratchy.

Jacki,I am so sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied. We can assure you noone urinated in the air conditioner. We are replacing our vanities when covid hit and had to stop renovations. We are restarting it this winter. We hope you will give us another chance.

Needs a remodel. Tub was cracked with tape over cracks. A/C cut in and out and barely kept room cool.

Yes we had a tub crack and we had to use flextape on it. We cannot remove tubs until we slow down. It takes a good 4-5 days since we have to remove drywall also, it is not a one day remodel. I will check on the AC immediately.
