I truly enjoyed location and friendly staff. But, the place is needing renovation soon, at least in my room which makes my next point more relevant.
$75.00 non refundable for two dogs is outrageous. You could re do the carpet every 5 sets of guests. So 4 stars is truly for the staff and the quiet vibe, it could be 2 or 3. Bottom of bathroom door rotting out, couch looked very well worn and other wear and tear items I took photos of but if I pay that much for my pets it should be immaculate. Overall I would go back but without pets.

Way too expensive to have COLD showers in the morning. Very disappointing.
