Room was not clean. Door lock did not work properly. Pictures do not match what the rooms actually look like.

These employees of this hotel are rude, untruthful and don’t know the meaning of customer service!!

The first room we got toilet was not flushed from the last guest and broken, second room was better but furnitures were not in good condition, broken and chips, the whole night the toilet made strange noise

Needs better signage to enter motel lot from street. The beds and bedding were fine, but pillows definitely need replaced. The chair at desk area was very old, vinyl was pealing off and unsafe to sit in. A coffee pot would be appreciated in the room, rather than a hair dryer! Water pressure at sink was almost nonexistent, although in tub the pressure was fine. The bathtub was stained and needed cleaned. I understand the room/motel is a low rated one, but really I wish the owners would take more pride in thd property! Most likely not to stay there again,unfortunately there wasn't any other options of rooms in the area.

Reported an issue with front office about leak, was advised by management if we said anything else about. A leak we would have to leave. Maintenance said he fixed issue all he done was caulked around tub however we have video and pics of issue that was never resolved. Also asked double bed during atya and was told we stick with one Queen bed. A couple staff members were very nice however management very rude , disresp ctful, don't care about guest issues or what damage to guest property occurs but I'm already begin legal action
