Worse experience in my life at a hotel. Front desk person, DJ was very very rude. He hung up thd phone on me. Reservation was total messed up. He was nasty and did not help at all. I will be calling to report this awful experience

Tracy, We do not have anyone at the hotel named "DJ" I also looked into your reservations and I think the mixup was on your end. If you make a reservation and do not come to check in, it goes down as a No Show. Making your reservation through a 3rd party will only complicate the matter in these kinds of situations.

It had the most comfortable bed with nice crisp clean sheets. It was very inviting after a long drive. The TV was confusing in both Quality Inns.

We were only there for a short bit. We had an event thst we spent the entire day at. The front desk allowed us to check in earlier thsn the posted time. We are so grateful. It allowed us to go and enjoy the day. Thank you for that.

I didn't like that there was no working phone in the room and no fruit available for Breakfast, everything else was good
