Outdated, drabby, dirty and smelly too. The elevator was filthy and there was food on the carpet that stayed there the whole time we were guests. Our guest room had no functioning heat, a broken fridge, and a TV that didn't work for the most part. Also, no sound buffer. I was awoken each morning by listening to the guest above me urinate into their toilet.. gross! Overall just not a nice place. Stay somewhere else.

I didn't appreciate having paid almost 200 dollars and being on a ground floor room with no carpet and very noisy on the outside. Also the shower would not drain and that was very gross...

Door 3 elevator was broke on our first night the first room was beautiful 255 I absolutely loved it but it was too far to walk to with the elevator not working I'm disabled the second room was Hood room 106. The lady I talked to said it would be the same type of room but since I came late to check in around 7:30 in the evening the man I checked in with didn't understand that the difference in the room was uncanny but it was close to the door in view site of my vehicle and not so exhausting to get to but there was a difference.

I grew up on the east side and this use to be upscale. They have not kept up with the grounds to me. Every thneeds to be updated. Maybe to room they had us in. Outdated and too secluded from the rest of the hotel. We were in the towers facing the interstate.

Dark parking lots. Guests from previous night warned us of car break ins. Flowers were beautiful in entry way!!
