The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought

The toilet in the room did not have pressure so it took about 5 flushes before it completely flushed. ATM was out of order so made it inconvenient to tip anyone. Other than that it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. Expedia offered a “parking option” with my room for a fee. I thought it was a good deal, so I chose that. The hotel wasn’t given that information. (So I’m not sure how that communication is supposed to work between Expedia & hotel). Luckily, the front desk staff honored it for me. I showed them my Expedia receipt…but I thought it was strange that it wasn’t a part of my reservation.

The hotel is beautiful, love how walkable it was to our destination (Lucas Oil) we did not have step foot outside to get there. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Only a few downsides, one of the elevators we were in paused on a floor for a few minutes. I was convinced we were stuck, luckily it continued on and we saw someone working on it the next day 😣 also, there are not ice machines on every floor. Save your steps and call down to the front desk to ask where they are, I went on a long walk never to find one lol
