We found bugs in the bed. They were quick to switch our room but the woman was rude and didn’t believe me. The manager was excellent and handled the situation quickly and professionally.

A 5 star Hotel like this needs a 5 star resturant oppose to a sports bar.

I love everything about the hotel only one that no free breakfast.
