We booked 3 rooms at this property due to close proximity to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. This property was supposed to be renovated and with a pool. On no website was it is advertised that the pool was closed. We found out upon check-in. There were lots of people in the lobby complaining as there were many, many children preset due to massive meets at the fairgrounds this weekend. The rooms were okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. Shower gel was detached from the wall. Misc. renovation steps were missed and half-done. The first floor had open doors with gutted rooms visible due to water damage construction that was clearly obvious when walking thru the building. Also we were informed by other staying customers to take the stairs due to getting stuck in the elevators. We were on the 4th floor and traveling with multiple children, including a toddler. The TV cable kept cutting in and out. Hot breakfast was COLD and no one could understand to turn the lights on so you could see. Cereal was mislabeled and nothing close to what was displayed on the containers (hello allergy issues), and the waffle maker had no mix. Most of the staff did not understand English. Front desk was rude and inconvenienced with questions. The lady at check-in (Saturday night) was apologetic about the pool but also indicated it has been closed for some time due to chemicals. For a Hampton Inn this hotel was very disappointing and I will not return.

TV didn't work, power was out for renovations in the fitness facility and the hotel was noisy during the night.

The hotel is being renovated so the room we have was very nice, updated and clean. Staff was friendly.

I travel a lot, and this is the worst property that I have ever stayed at. I was forced to stay here with a sporting tournament otherwise I would have never booked here.
The hotel is undergoing a renovation. The rooms that have been renovated are half done. Sinks with plumbing not hooked up, baseboards missing, tiles cracked, light fixtures missing, phones not working, lights not working, missing remotes. The "renovated rooms" were not cleaned well. Candy in the chairs, little black curly hairs in the shower, droplet stains on the floor around the toilet.
The parking lot was full of shipping containers and crates with broken countertops in them. Parking was limited due to this.
The lobby was dirty, furniture stained and curtains falling off. Breakfast area was dirty, and food was very limited.
Staff was overwhelmed and not helpful at all.
This property should not be a Hilton property. It's a very old building and it's clear that they hired the cheapest contractor they could, and they are cutting corners on the renovation.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE!
