The reservation desk was poorly staffed with employees who didn’t have customer service skills or an understanding of how a 3rd party reservation works. (Expedia)

First your staff was so friendly! We were in town for the Taylor Swift Concert. They were so friendly and helpful with all my questions about getting to the stadium. The room was definitely the problem. The furniture was damaged, the bathroom outlet has a big gap where a smaller kid could definitely stick something in and get hurt. The kitchen area had grease on the back splash. The bedroom window wouldn’t lock. This was a last minute trip and you were the only place close enough and not outrageously priced. Honestly had we needed to stay for more than a night I’m not sure we would’ve stayed there. But we were only there about 12 hours.
