All the noise in the lobby could be heard. Breakfast options weren’t replenished quickly. The rooms are definitely showing their age. Otherwise a great stay!

The manager was great to work with. The evening reception was earlier than normal- we missed due to the timing, this particular weekend there was a national tournament so tons of students and families at the pool, eating areas. Very noisy and loud with kids running between floors. Elevator was broke down which made lengthy waits just to move about.

Families and groups seemed very happy - playing and enjoying the pool and internal courtyard from early morning to late at night. The breakfast area filled up early with very hungry folks, so the fruit ran out quickly. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful or friendly -clearly not there to be of service The elevators were very slow. The stairwells were under repair. Our bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean. adjusting heat and a/c is restricted.

Do not stay here! We will never ever return to this hotel, ever. I typically default to Embassy when I travel bc they have a great track record, are nice and clean and the free breakfast is always great for our family. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had, I would have left and stayed somewhere else but everything was sold out bc of the Taylor swift concert being in town. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the facility - our room smelled like dirty old smoke, every cushion was stained, walls were stained, there was a disgusting sock under the bathroom vanity and the floor had hair all over it, no cover on the light bulb over the tub, bathroom door looked like the bottom was randomly sawed off, bathroom fan sounded like an Apache attack helicopter, fridge was so banged up and shoved very crooked and lazily in a cabinet space that was cracked, almost every milk, juice and coffee machine at the breakfast buffet had an out of order sign on it, the breakfast options were minimal and everything we tried was hard as a rock - especially the French toast, the green tablecloth at the coffee station had weeks or months worth of milk stains on it, the elevators would start to move before the doors were completely closed, shampoo dispensers were off the shower wall and just laying in the tub, staff was rude and short. I wish I was joking or exaggerating about my experience but I’m not, and I have pictures to prove it. If you have reservations here, change them!

Experience was great except the thermostat seemed to be broken in my room and there was no heat in November and I was freezing all night which made it very hard to sleep. Temperature in the room was probably high 50s/low 60s

Stayed here for a Taylor swift concert and they went above and beyond. They had Taylor swift bracelets to give out and decorated the whole lobby Taylor swift. Our room was clean and big. The breakfast was good as well.
