Informed the front the toilet wasn’t flushing. They didn’t do nothing about it.

It's an old run down nasty hotel. It's like walking into the 90s. But it's basically all that was available for Ms Swift weekend so we didn't have much choice.

The room was dirty :-( there was hair on the tub and shower walls, the floors were dirty and the sheets were stained. The pillows smelled like dirt. The positive was the staff as they were nice.

There was a hole in the side of the bathtub coved with tape and the tub was dirty. The bed was very hard needs new matress.

locks on doors broken and bedbugs

To start with my door to my room wouldn't lock at all, I went to management and nothing was done. He came to my room looked at it and told me they just put new locks on. In the middle of the night someone walked into my room because the door wouldn't lock. When I finally wake up the next day I looked that my lousy mattress and saw black spots all over it, I can only assume it was bedbugs, they weren't there before I laid down, believe it or not I looked for them, but I'm not 100% sure if they were bedbugs. But I do know that they weren't there when I went to bed. Finally, . When I was checking out I told the front clerk that someone came into my room and that I thought that the mattress had bedbugs. The clerk confirmed to me that new locks were put on the doors, obviously didn't do a good job putting on new locks on my doors, and I also told him that it looks like the mattress had bedbugs. I was told that he would look into it. That was a real satisfying answer. I can't believe I paid for this type of hotel at least they didn't charge you for bedbugs and a door that wouldn't lock. What a waste of money.

If you need bare basics, it gets the job done but i expected a little more for the price. Everything was dated, worn and cheaply done. The deadbolt didn't work leaving a cheap chain latch as security. I won't stay there again.
