We stayed at this property for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very well kept. You can tell a lot of thought and love went into the design choices throughout.
LOTS of space and seating in the common areas, with 2 separate areas for lounging and conversing, while others are watching TV. There is also a large dining table area, great for dining and gaming.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a good amount of dishware and utensils for 6-8 persons. There is also a full washer/ dryer, which was nice to take clean clothes home after our trip!
There are 2 Bedrooms, with Queen Beds accessible downstairs, and a 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds, and an additional full bath upstairs in the converted attic. Beds are soft and comfortable.
The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and street parking is readily available, though it does get additional traffic during services at the 2 churches on either side of the property. We were able to park 2 vehicles throughout our stay without any difficulty.
The home itself is very quiet, and the environmental controls work VERY well. (COLD A/C and good airflow.)
The only item of concern we noted were the stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep, and upstairs may be difficult for those less mobile to access. Also the claw foot tub downstairs, and copper tub upstairs could prove challenging to those with mobility issues. These items did NOT detract from our stay, ( and my daughter LOVED soaking in the tall copper tub,) but are mentioned mere
