"Unfortunately for us the property was fully booked and there were damages to our room upon unpacking and settling in late in the evening.
The hotel had been remodeled since my last visit and though the look nice the sliding doors for the Bathrooms are prone to tearing out of the wall. This and loose toilet seat and a Electrical socket that was loose were reported in the morning. A housekeeping request was also completely mixed up. Extra sheets and pillows for an extra traveler were not taken care of. These were asked for because they don't have roll out beds. Michael took our request and he passed this on.
When we got back and found nothing fixed . Finaly we were offered a newly open room by the manager. We still had an issue if we moved because of no linen and pillows. we were un packed and settled In. We really didn't want to move and still not have linen a pillows too. After much prodding We were provided sheets.
The next morning I saw Michael and asked for pillows. He pointed to my note on the computer counter and looked at me as he said...... didn't they get them for you?
I explained that NOTHING had been Fixed and minimal things were done for housekeeping. He apologized and went to work taking care of the housekeeping needs of pillows and linens but did not have staff to do repairs.
We checked out Friday morning, and I thanked him for his help. The front counter wanted to help but I feel that the maintenance and supplies may be lacking.
