I recommend staying at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas to anyone looking for a luxurious stay and enjoyable vacation!

The room and the pools were the best part. We just stayed in November and the weather was a little chilly and the best part is that the pools were heated so we were still able to get in them. Will come back for sure.

Our rooms were beautiful and the pool areas were spectacular with clean bathrooms. Everything was beautiful! My only suggestion was for the front desk to have some knowledge of the area just for simple activity suggestions. Your hotel and grounds are perfection! Thank you

We stayed here for a night and wouldn’t return. We arrived to find a dirty room with crumbs, stains, and old food left in the fridge. Pools were freezing cold due to the heater being broken. Multiple guest were complaining about this. When asking for an hour extended checkout we denied and then put on a 30 minute long hold only to be told that it would not be possible since we weren’t a Hyatt member. Very disappointing stay.

Limited food choices for children on the kids menu. The pizza van is only open friday and Saturday, then on friday it closed early and Saturday we checked out so didnt get to try the menu. Also, they didnt accept cash to clear our room charge.
