Absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, safe, convenient, wonderful views .. everything was perfect! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

The property came with some strict rules, but the room was amazing for the price and the staff were exceptionally nice.

As a timeshare/Airbnb-style resort, we offer spacious 1,300 sq. ft. units, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and accommodations for up to six guests.We strive to make our guests feel at home, and we kindly ask that as you check out, you take care of a few standard tasks: please dispose of your trash in the chute located on each floor, place used towels in the laundry hamper and start a load in the dishwasher. These simple steps help us maintain our high standards and ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Old Florida comfort
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed the location and view of our room. Our unit kitchen was updated but not the bathrooms. We stayed 3 years ago, but furniture needs updating. However, we made the best of our 3 nights and unit is extremely spacious for 4. Unit could use deep cleaning. The town has great restaurants and peaceful area.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on updating the bathrooms to match the updated kitchens that have already been completed in every unit. We have started remodeling the guest bathrooms in 9 of the units already and intend to address the additional ones, budget permitting. We have plans in the very near future to update the furnishings in all units as well. We do hope you continue to choose us for your next vacation.

Beautiful, well-kept property. Would be nice if clubhouse stayed open later.

I would not recommend staying here. It was old, unwelcoming and overpriced. There are much nicer places near by.

Laura,Thank you for trying out our Timeshare. We are in fact an older property (1985). The rates are in line with the size of our condominiums, 1300 sqft, 2BD/2BTH, Full size kitchen equipped to accommodate 6 guests. Full size washer/dryer. All units are Oceanview, directly on the beach. We have a large Pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, volleyball court, and other activities available to all guests. Because we are a boutique style property with only 24 units, our operational hours are from 9-5 M-F, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 9-3. If were checking afterhours with our afterhours lockbox, unfortuantely you would not have met our staff. However, we have an afterhours phone number posted in several areas that you are able to connect with someone immediately for any questions or concerns. Thanks again for trying us out:)

Lovely relaxing Florida area not too far from cruise port. Spacious condos with great amenities to get you started. Pool and location to beach was amazing! Will stay there again.
