My first stay at a B&B was nice. My room was small, but I enjoyed my stay. The room had a refrigerator but no freezer, and at first the WIFI seemed on & off. But after the first night, all was good. The staff and service is excellent. It's a charming setting, with a pleasant garden area in the rear for guests to enjoy.

Loved the Spanish Room, and the book with the Madrid pictures. Great breakfast service, and enjoyed the opportunity to meet and visit with other guests at the breakfast table. The afternoon treats were great as well.

Great trip to Kansas City for a concert at Arrowhead! This was a great bed and breakfast - very convenient, yet away from the hustle and bustle!

What a lovely B&B! Each room is theme docorated. It is quiet and everyone has a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the statf was friendly and professional. Would defininely return here!

We did have trouble because we were checking in late. Expedia advised us that we needed to contact the property if we were checking in late. We had trouble with this and eventually found out that you don’t need to contact them.
