Beds are very firm. But rooms are clean and staff is super friendly

Rachel - We appreciate your feedback. The mattresses were installed this Fall so they are still a little bit firm but should soften up over time. We hope you will come back to visit in the future.

In the first room we had, the toilet was broken. They moved us to another room. The second room had cobwebs, and the sink was slow draining, and the sink stopper was stuck closed--so it the sink filled up everytime we washed our hands or brushed our teeth.

We had to switch rooms because the room was dirty and feces in the toilet. The second room was an upgrade and we appreciated that but the coffee maker didnt work and it was dirty as well. The beds are ok but not comfortable. Breakfast was ok but the pancake machine was broken. I would not stay again unfortunately.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed and nice jacuzzi tub.

Room was fine, property itself seemed kept up and clean. Our reason for 4* was the downstairs bar area was extremely limited. They were out of multiple basic items from the bar and food menu. This seems to be an issue on a weekend when you should be stocked.

Lots of kids running around. However, the room was emaculate! Cozy atmosphere, and our room looked just as advertised.
