The bathtub was very slippery. It had the potential to cause someone to slip and fall in the bathtub. there were dirty plates put away.

Everything was perfect except an oily bowl that was stashed away in the cabinet. It was odd but no big deal everything else was very clean though

Customer service was par excellent! Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Great staff which is difficult to find these days. Kudos and thank you Bernetta, Grace and Kei. Great job! By the way, the rooms were nice and comfortable as well!

Dirty Room

Poor overall experience. Exterior area around doorway was dirty and shabby. People smoking on exterior stairs and sidewalks. Room had a bad smell coming from the shower drain like a skunk. Room had black ants. Kitchen floor was dirty. Someone's leftover food was in the fridge. Afraid to touch anything in room due to uncleanliness. No wastebasket in bathroom. No luggage stand. Had to go ask for clean towels.

This property was amazing. We had a two bedroom suite (apartment) and it was clean, and the breakfast was amazing.

Staff would not allow checkin until exactly 3:00 pm despite multiple people waiting in the lobby. Our toilet was broken and there was no hot water. The room smelled extremely musty.
