Suite was a great option for our 2 toddlers. Beds were not super comfortable. A bit outdated and there’s a lot of competition around for suites. Not enough outlets and when you could find one, the cords would not stay in. Needs some updating.

Walk in shower requires improvements:
1. Move shower curtain to inside of floor barrier. Bathroom floor flooded each time shower was used.
2. Number of safety bars inadequate. Add one at each side of shower to assist stepping out of shower.

Hampton Inn was in a quieter area outside the city of Cleveland. We found the room and hotel very sufficient for a weekend trip- overall everything was clean and the staff friendly.

They do not have safes. Okay overall. Not great but ok. Shower gets high rating.
