Third time staying here with friends. Always a place we enjoy. Wish the front desk staff could get trained on splitting a bill between two people! This always seems to be a problem.

I literally told theitnrs members more than once, after sitting the lobby for over an hour, that I no longer needed the room. But was still charged for it. That is a first with all of ny years using expeðia

Hello Todd,I apologize for any inconvenience. However, this was a non refundable reservation which was the option chosen by you. Also if I am not wrong, you checked in the reservation and left the key for your guests who did not show up at the hotel.

I was very disappointed to see that the outlets in our room weren't working. After traveling all day and needing to fly out the next day, we were bummed to wake up the next morning to realize that our phones and watches were not charged.

Service was great. The gentleman at the desk upon our arrival was extremely accommodating, professional and very friendly.

I very much appreciated the staff at the front desk as they were helpful and courteous at check in. I was however underwhelmed with the lack of bathroom privacy with a barnstyle track door that leaves large openings and the light switches that did not seem to make sense in location or even work.
