I appreciated very much the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, especially Soojin at the front desk and Meeyon Kim and Yong Ju. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were very well taken care of during our stay.

I wish our air conditioning would work but unfortunately it didn’t all the time. Our friend was also staying at the same hotel and she had air conditioning all the time. We were told it was because it was cold outside but that didn’t make any sense since we didn’t have any windows to open in the bedroom.

Hotel was clean. A limited breakfast but was good. Lots of restaurants in the area. True Korea cuisine.

Parking assistance available by staff member. AC issue was resolved. A lot of dining options available around walking distance.

Many dining options around hotel within walking distance. Parking is limited but staff will assist with parking. Room AC wasn't working right. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Basic Breakfast available on 2nd floor until 0900 hours. Room was clean and quiet.

It is close to fish maket and has a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Parking is limited but staff will help you with parking. There charge for the third person when we got to front counter. Pre pay option only covers two occupants. Additional person has 20,000 won charge. AC is little weak. Make sure to check windows and close them.

This hotel was a complete surprise once I checked in. Super clean hotel, great spacious room with terrace garden. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Decent breakfast and great location. Fantastic price for all the above ! What more can one ask for ! Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Incheon area.
