Excellent service. Wonderful international buffet area but prepare to queue for breakfast during selected time period unless reservations are made in advance.

Everything was excellent except the bath/shower. It was very uncomfortable to use (you need to stand in the bath tub to use the shower head but the bath tub is way too small and the water goes everywhere), which was frankly surprising for a 5 star hotel.

The entrance was not prominent when we alighted from the airport shuttle at the bus stop late at night. Would appreciate if there was clear signage as the night was very cold and the first entrance we encountered was locked.
A manager, Scott Choi was very helpful in helping us get a taxi to Seoul the next morning when he saw the officer at the concierge was busy. Appreciate his help.
