The property was beautiful and rooms were so clean but the highlight of our stay was the incredible service of the staff. We were made to feel so welcome and every staff member we met was so helpful and polite! I really want to thank the staff for the impeccable service that made my family feel so comfortable during our stay to celebrate mum's 60th.
I also appreciated the fact that you could access the many facilities including the pool/spa after you check out because there is so much to do and see that you really do need the extra time! The entertainment/performances and additional pop up markets for Christmas were lovely. We honestly cannot wait to go back!!

Spa and Jimjilbang were great. All very clean and well organised. Staffs are well trained and very profesional and friendly. I stayed Art Paradiso, beautiful room with view of indoor plaza. So many things to do in this facility and this is also perfect place for the family with kids.

The most amazing property I’ve stayed at in Asia so far in my travels to Vietnam, Taiwan and Singapore so far. Top of the line amenities. Very well planned out property of attraction and convenience. Will book again but this time upon arrival to Seoul not departure.

They were very hospitable. I don’t remember the name of the guy that checked me in but he was so kind. He took my bags to my room and gave me a tour of the room showing me all the features. Very kind and helpful. I like that they have a shuttle for the airport. Overall excellent experience.
