I Like nothing stale blood on shower curtain roaches in the room all the appliances rusty and old the picture on expedia is a lie

The staff was so helpful and answered all the questions that I had to ask, making my stay at Ocean Apartments feel so at ease.

The parking lot needs paving badly. I found false lashes in my bed which was creepy. However, I like the staff (older male guy in particular). He was extremely kind and helpful. The other lady that we got at checkout needs some customer service training. Overall, the stay wasn't unpleasant. There were just small details that needed addressing.

Oh boy it was so bad. The resturant was close. You far from all no resturant around. The room it’s not what you book on line. They charge me for oceanfront after 2 room. Like hell. No choice give me. Garden but I pay for ocean front property it’s it’s smell bad. And the henn it’s. There. Like I was in farm. No beach you can swimming. Honestly I want. My money back It was. My vacation. To. Have funn. Not to get sick They should close it done. I’m really mad If u want to go. To farm. And not eating welcome

However, the website states that our restaurant is closed so guests are aware of this before arrival. Also, there is a restaurant located within 5 mins walk of the property which is recommended to all guests .We strive to provide accurate descriptions, and I regret that we fell short in your case. Overall it was a nice property however I paid extra for an ocean view and most of the view was covered by trees. Very disappointed. If I can get reimbursed for the extra I paid that would be great!
