"Certainly, here’s a professional and well-structured rewrite of your hotel review: ⸻ The overall experience at this hotel did not meet five-star standards. The food quality was below expectations, and lunch service was delayed by over 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the male reception staff were neither welcoming nor professional. We were also overcharged by 30%, despite booking through Expedia—and our check-in was delayed. It was clear that guests booking through third-party platforms like Expedia were treated differently, even though we ended up paying more than the standard rate. While the facilities and rooms were decent, the poor customer service, unjustified overcharges, and subpar dining experience made the stay disappointing. This hotel lacks value for money, and I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made in service and guest relations."

"Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Hicham was very accommodating and Salah on the F&B side was EXCEPTIONAL. "Beachfront resort (private section for hotel), large but low-rise accommodation surrounding large pool, with other smaller pools, including a mini waterpark, three a la carte restaurants (booking expected), huge buffet hall with many rooms, four bars including pool bar,... Most guests are on all-inclusive and there is a great choice of many cuisines and menus. Rooms are spotless, well equipped and modern. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, sky tv ,safe, minibar fridge. Great relaxing holiday."
