"We arrived to the hotel after 23 hours of flights and layovers and we were exhausted. At check in we were directed to sit down and I was groaning inside because normally that means they are going to try and get you to buy something, or worse, sit through a time share presentation. But no! They just wanted to make us more comfortable (we must have looked as tired as we were). They did upgrade us, for free and with no conditions, and the entire process took maybe 5 minutes. The staff were extremely attentive and we didn't touch our bags once from taxi to room. The room was spacious and squeaky clean. The water pressure was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. We only had scheduled to stay one night before our 10-day Egypt excursion, but it was so wonderful that we cancelled our other hotel reservation for our last night in Egypt and returned to Le Passage after our adventure was complete. We felt very safe and secure inside the hotel grounds and everyone was super nice and it's a quick ride to the airport on the free shuttle. "

"Propert is in good location you can almost touch the prymids and has rooftop restaurant with magical prymids view. The restrunt provides variety of foods and shisha smokers can enjoy smoking with a million dollars view. None smokers can go the upper roof. Free breakfast very basic "
