Contemporary glass art and its U.S. history are brought to life in the moody and moving exhibits in this beautiful gallery.

Visit Imagine Museum to explore the art of glass. Its exhibits take visitors on an educational journey into this medium. As you admire some of the mesmerizing works on display, learn about the history of artistic pieces made from glass.

Arrive at the museum and appreciate its bright-blue façade and modern design. Browse the displays and read the informative plaques to piece together the history of the studio glass movement, which became popular in the U.S. in the 1960s. Guided group tours are available for extra context and information about the artistic movements and individual works of art.

Participate in an augmented reality experience to see the digital realm cross with the material world. Pass through dark rooms, admiring the bright and colorful pieces of glass.

The works are fashioned into all kinds of intriguing shapes, from prisms and vases to human faces and animals. The museum’s more than 1,500 pieces of contemporary glass art include works from North America, Europe and Australia, with expansion always underway.

Explore the Museum Store for its jewelry, home accessories and other sparkling gifts. Purchase a box lunch for an upscale meal in a private gallery.

The museum opens Tuesday through Sunday from late morning until late afternoon. There is a fee for entry, with discounts for seniors, students, military personnel and children. Young kids and members can enter for free. Parking is complimentary for all visitors.
