Poor wqter condition

We have been reporting and coordinating with the Condo's management about low water pressure that affects everyone in the building especially this summer season. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused during your stay. There are times that some things are beyond our control. However once reported, we always send someone to check the unit and find remedy right away. With your feedback, we strive to look into this and provide better customer service. The bathroom stinks, no cleaning services, the towels not changed in our 3 days stay.

Thank you for your feedback! Please be advised that unit that you stayed in was a condo and not a hotel which has different terms and conditions when it comes to housekeeping. We'd loved to provide you new set of towels and clean your room per request. Regarding the smell in the bathroom, we really apologize about this. We tried as much as we can to eliminate the odor but there was an issue with the building 's plumbing during your stay. However, we reported this immediately to their facility manager. Mangga Homes values its tenants and appreciate feedback, may it be positive or not. This would help us strive more to provide better customer service! Have a lovely day!
