We had a wonderful stay at the New Inn.
We stayed in the family room which was perfect for our family.
We had a great dinner in the evening and a super breakfast in the morning.
It's in a very picturesque village which was lovely to walk around. Recommended!

The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was brilliant, however the fabric of the building was poor and dated. Our room had cobwebs in th corner

Friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast.
However, the room was dirty, the bathroom looked very tired and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Overnight in Somerset
Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsNickie was extremely friendly and helpful with finding taxi companies for us. The full English breakfast was beautifully cooked with nice crispy toast.
Regarding cleanliness, I would have given one more star had I not found cobwebs around the window. Overall, good.

So quiet in the depths of the Somerset countryside that there was little noise apart from the birds! Very hospitable, nice food, and a clean and adequately comfortable room. A pleasant night’s stay.
