The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple, but good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is away from the main city and surrounded by empty fields or factories. A great place to stay for an overnight trip as one passes through Madrid / Illescas.

Posted 20 Oct 2021 on HotelsVery cool hotel with more than expected. Even a pool. Huge bedroom. Huge and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with large shower. Even toiletries were great quality. Bar/cafe served simple good quality food and staff extremely helpful.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and we waited for about 5 minutes until a gentleman arrived. He seemed bothered and was rude to us. The room was clean and parking convenient. However, there was no AC and we opened the window. At 2:00 AM a group of people decided to have a party in the parking area. Our reservation included breakfast and we were told that we had to pay because they could to see on their end. We showed them the reservation and did not have to pay.
