"We had a great stay at Boat Harbour Motel. A quick, easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. "Very happy with property, especially taking dogs. I must say I saw plenty of dogs but didn't hear them. I think my biggest concern was for property next door, that had grass area, which was obvious place that people were taking their dogs to, but I disappointed that I'm sure there were guests not picking up after themselves. I think hotel could make a few dollars doing a doggy daycare "

One night Getaway

"We had a great stay at Boat Harbour Motel. A quick, easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a King Ocean view room on the second floor with a beautiful view of the harbour and ocean. A large balcony to sit and enjoy the view. The room was a good size and exceptionally clean! It had everything you needed for a one-night stay, including a small kitchenette area with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was quite small but adequate, with a lovely soft shower head. The air conditioner was a larger, older unit, but was very efficient and cooled the room down quickly! The bed was very comfortable. You will need an adaptor to change your phone, as there are no USB ports and the only power point near the bed is behind it! Motel was full, yet the room was fairly quiet with only noise outside in the corridor. The artificial green grass outside on the stairs and landing is a good non-slip surface. The T.V. was very small with poor sound but offers Prime and Netflix (need to sign in and don't forget to sign out!). Lovely area with beach an easy walk across the road. Motel restaurant was closed when we were there so grabbed some fish and chips for dinner at Levendi (on the beach), so delicious! There is a free city bus that takes you on a 20 minute loop of the surrounding area. Convenient stop opposite beach, close to Motel. Even though this Motel is older, it is very well-maintained and looks good! We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend and return again."
