Really like our stay. The bed, duvet and pillows gave us an amazing sleep. Breakfast is as good as you will get. The two things to pick on were there was a bit of dust in the rooms and one of the rooms was very stuffy even with the fan on. As the windows only opened a little you couldn’t get much air in the room.

Great location from the train station and central to walk everywhere. Check in was a little slow along with breakfast due to them being under staffed.

Great hotel with fantastic staff
Posted 27 Feb 2022 on HotelsFantastic service from a great small hotel. We had booked a 1 bedroom suite and were very pleasantly surprised to be told there was an on-site parking space included in the suite bookings.
The suite itself was modern with a full kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms were large, pleasantly warm (it snowed whilst we were there!) and included everything we could have wanted apart from washing powder and clothes airer.
The only word of caution is there is only a very limited lift service (has to be unlocked for you and hotel takes no responsibility as they don't own it). Also, for the Ilkley suite at least, as soon as you open the door to the room you have 9 steps to climb so not suitable for anyone who cannot manage stairs.
Staff were fantastic, although the restaurant was a little understaffed at breakfast on our second day but understandable in the current climate.

A very warm welcome, in fact all staff were very friendly and professional. The room was immaculate with everything you could need for an overnight stay.
Ate in restaurant. Food was superb.
Great location, right in the heart of things.
No on site car parking I'm afraid, but public car park nearby, albeit at a cost.
