"We loved that the hotel was in a picturesque spot, the social areas overlooking the nearby hills. The food was excellent and we loved the offering of local wines. Extremely close to Ancient Olympia, wineries and other sites."

The only issue we had was with the bathrooms, it was super old and there was no fan or window to open so it would get wet from taking shower and no way to get rid of that mess. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Periyali, it certainly exceeded expectations! The villa is comfortable with air conditioning and its own private pool. There is a larger shared pool with shaded seating. You have access to a private pebble beach which is perfect for swimming and snorkelling.There are several tavernas within walking distance as well as a small shop where you can get the basics. Gerakas beach is 8 mins walk and is a real treat, just spare a thought for the nesting turtles. The site manager...

Fully equipped kitchen apart from a microwave but you can still heat the food in the oven. Left us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. "Wir haben als 3 köpfige Familie eine tolle Woche dort gehabt. Die Lage ist wirklich prima. Leider war das Mobiliar in der Außenanlage, sowie der Pool in einen nicht einwandfreien Zustand. In der Dusche war ein kaputter Abfluss in Form eines Loches im Boden, der Duschkopf war verrostet und verkalkt. Wir haben für diesen Preis eine bessere Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft erwartet."

Perfect cozy hotel when you're in Olympia

"Fantastic place to stay when you're in Olympia. The museums and archeological park are just a few minutes walk. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. The bar and lounge are a great place to relax. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"Nice property with beach access to the Gulf of Patras. The property was a bit hard to find in the dark as it is a pretty secluded area with road construction nearby. Once there, everything about the property was beautiful and safe. The dining and breakfast onsite was delicious. Owners were warm and accommodating to any needs. "

"Olympia is a must visit archeological site with 2 museums one antiquity and other Olympic Games included in ticket. Magical setting which makes you feel the land and history. Hotel Europa is walking distance with 5 star qualities. We dined in Olive Garden lite by uplighting with view of valley lights below. Food was outstanding. Garden with pool room very comfortable bed with sitting area. Staff team very attentive and welcoming! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is really nice and it's in the center of Argassi. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is absolutely lovely, especially Miss Marina Tsiasioti who helped me organize my medication delivery. Breakfast is tasty, but it's the standard type of breakfast you get at hotels. They should definitely change the coffee machine and the soft drinks machine. The drinks from the machine taste like chemicals. The coffee machine also makes disgusting coffee from powder! Why can't they offer a pod coffee machine with natural milk instead of powdered milk? If you choose the half board option, you'll receive a voucher for a restaurant where you can choose three meal options. You have to pay for drinks though. Overall, it's a nice and quiet hotel that I would recommend."

"Nice hotel with pool and access to the beach. Good air condition better than big hotels I have been. The hotel staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly. Nice view with good breakfast. Walkable to Agrassi town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Take a Train tour in front of The Legends to Zakynthos town return. I will recommend Nefeli hotel to my family and friends. "
