Funcionários muito bem treinados e cordiais , local aconchegante, limpeza maravilhosa, estrutura moderna e quarto maravilhoso vale muito a pena se hospedar neste hotel Destaque para o super café da manhã individual devido as restrições da pandemia com vista para mata e canal de Ilhabela Gostamos muito que já deixamos reservado nossa próxima hospedagem por la !!!! Nenhum ponto negativo todos todos foram positivos .....difícil hoje em dia conseguirmos um hotel que não tenha um ponto negativo mas o Vila Kebaya conseguiu este feito

Encontrei hotel mais barato e melhor que a Pousada. Ela é ótima, mas se comparado com valores e instalações, há opção melhor, valor muito alto pelo q a pousada oferece. Mas ela é muito boa e tem ótimo atendimento

Hotel é novo e bastante aconchegante, além de ter uma boa localização. A ressalva fica para a proposta do café da manhã por etapas e sem a opção de me servir, que não me agradou, porém a qualidade e variedade do café da manhã era boa. De forma geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva e recomendo o hotel.
