"Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bed is great. Bathroom spacious and clean. Only issue was the functioning of the controls in sink and shower. It is not intuitive. Took me forever to figure out the shower. Also we learned that Portugal hotels require your passport info. Faro also wanted 2€ each person in cash for City Tax. Expedia should add this to the room cost. "

"Absolutely beautiful. Well worth getting out of the super touristy areas for piece and quiet. It closely resembles Ojai Valley Inn in California, but far more affordable. Fantastic for kids where you can let them roam without fretting. This hotel isn’t close to anything but what you get in exchange is peace and relaxation. We stayed at the Conrad 15km away and preferred the Viceroy."

"My daughter and i booked this hotel last minute, i would definitely stay there again if i venture back to Olhão. The staff are lovely and everywhere was so clean.. we made the right choice."
