"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. "I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. first time in Nice

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Overall we loved our stay here and will be back "
