I stayed at this hotel for one night, I got there around 9 pm, it was very easy and fast check in. The place is very welcoming with a really nice reception area, I was able to order a food from my room from the hotel kitchen restaurant. Next morning we had a large variety of fruits, fresh juices and delicious cake. I highly recomend this hotel.

Posted 16 Jan 2024 on HotelsO Hotel está precisando uma grande manutenção. Elevadores com inspeção vencida. TV nao funcionou, Tampa do vazo sanitário solta. No check-in esperei 10 minutos a recepcionista terminar uma ligação. Da recepção ao cafe da manha ninguém nunca nos deu bom dia. No apartamento nao existia copos para tomarmos agua.

They no issued receipts for non brasilian citizen after check out early morning. This is troubling, because you paid with credit card and you don't know what is been charge with out receipts. I argued with from desk and there was no way i get it, intill i call a brasilian friends to used hi id in oder to get my credit card payments receipts.
