Great setting, let down in a few areas

"Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. Not the best way to experience Crete

"Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach ..."
