"Property set in the wild life sanctuary was lovely . Standard rooms were ok needed some updating . We upgraded our room to a more comfortable space . Restauant was poor on food and service . Upon reaching the wildlife sanctuary we had to pay to get in even though hotel was booked with the reserve also was offended that i had to pay a lot more than my partner and was refered to as a forgiener adult racist to say the least"

"Unfortunatly I couldn't enjoy of the hotel on spite of having a "non refundable" confirmed reservation, when I arrived to the hotel office the staff informed me that que hotel was overboocked. Nobody informed me before my arrival, no Expedia netheir the hotel. Te action form expedia was slow and unprofessional. Only the hotel staff take fare of me. The Park was closed (at five o'clock has is mentioned in the reservation) and they were looking for another hotel. No money refound and any kind of...
