The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. "Room was modern, clean and spacious. All amenities were provided. Bed was a little hard for our liking but that seems like a standard in Japan. We did not use their restaurants but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient. Hotel is in an office area but the main tourist area as well as shin osaka is a short subway ride away. We will consider staying here again. "

"The staff was professional and helpful. As a non-Japanese speaker, I found them to be kind and patient. Love the bag drop off service ( both before check-in and after checkout). As a single traveller, the room was just big enough. Keep in mind it’s even smaller than what I thought it would be, but the use of space is well planned. Those with mobility issues would have a hard time to step up in the bathroom and tub. So keep that in mind. I was so glad there were no tour bus loads of people...
