It's a pity that the rooftop bar was closed as the weather was glorious. When we have stayed here previously, drinks on the rooftop have been a highlight of the trip. Freshly prepared breakfast. Comfortable room.

Top level service and comfort. The only let own being the roof top facility which was being dismantled during our stay, it’s only seasonal but we had lovely weather so an undisturbed relaxation and bar service would have been good.

The manager and front desk customer service was horrible. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. We paid for a few nights stay, and arrived the second day after contacting the hotel beforehand regarding our flight delay which was confirmed by the front desk staff that since our room was already paid for it would be held no problem for our check in. Upon arrival they had already sold our paid room to other guests then put us in another room that had plumbing issues with yellow contaminated water coming from the bathtub and shower. The maintenance team and front desk staff confirmed the water was contaminated in our room as well as others so they were unable to change our room. We were unable to shower the entire stay!
I have pictures and videos of the yellow/brownish water. Instead of being accommodating the manager was extremely rude to us and non helpful. She basically told us that there was nothing to be done about the situation. I have stayed with SLS many times and have never received such horrible customer service. It was our anniversary so we were very disappointed with customer service. We are handling this now with corporate.

In line with our hotel policy, the first night of the reservation needed to be charged, and while we understand this may have caused inconvenience, we provided you with an upgraded room at no additional cost. This room had a bathtub and views of the old town, ensuring your comfort despite your late arrival.Regarding the water issue, we thoroughly checked the plumbing in your room and others, and our technical team confirmed that the water was not contaminated. We also investigated the water's appearance, which may have appeared unusual due to minor maintenance work, but it was neither yellow nor unsafe. We are sorry for any misunderstanding in this regard.We regret that your anniversary stay was affected by your perception of the service, and we assure you that our team did everything possible to assist you. The front desk and management worked within our policies, and it was never our intention to cause frustration.Thank you again for your comments. We are continuously working to improve and ensure that all our guests have a memorable experience.Best regards,

Fantastic stay nothing negative to say at all. Would definitely recommend. Rooms comfortable and stylish. I loved the toiletries. Breakfast excellent. Service efficient and friendly.

Only a short overnight stay, but the staff at The Standard was excellent. Very professional and welcoming. The rooftop bar and restaurant were outstanding. Rate 5 out of 5 overall. Thank you.

Amazing location and really great staff. The design and vibe are both on point! The Standard Ibiza is the perfect spot to enjoy Ibiza town in style. I’ll definitely be back.
