the rooms were old , the room cleaning service was horrible, they never changed the blankets and never clean the bathroom

After double checking the housekeeping report, I couldn't find any request of an additional cleaning in your room or a complaint about the cleaning status. Informing the reception about this kind of issues during your stay, usually helps to enhance your holidays. To accomplish the environmental guidelines, we normally change bed linen after the third night and when the towels are left on the floor. Any additional service can be request at reception. great location, good service, not as quiet as would prefer during the night (can hear people talk and walk in the hallway)
