Dinner service and attitude of restaurant attendants were very poor. Other services were satisfactory.

The swimming pool and swimming pool area should be lifted up (modernized)

You are correct, after further review that our swimming pool might appear like it needed an upgrade. We are working to proffer a solution to this issue by providing more pool area fixtures.

Front Desk did not know about Orbitz. I had to wait at front desk for an hour because they did not have my reservation. I finally had to call Orbitz to speak with the front desk and send my payment confirmation.
