"I absolutely would NEVER stay here again. The King room was deceiving; it will not sleep 3 people as described. People live at this hotel and take over the pool; lots of drunk adults wandering around. We got moved into a new room to accommodate 3 people yet the hallway had no air, the carpet was dirty, our phone constantly rang with harassing calls from someone who doesn’t work there, people banged on our door, the shower handle was broken and the showerhead leaked bad leaving little to no water...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel had only one working elevator during our stay so there were long waits. One evening there were no operating elevators for over an hour. My husband had a recent knee replacement and had to climb 5 floors to our room. Totally unacceptable!"
