"This is a beautiful complex with different choices of units. We rented a full 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that was gorgeous and very well appointed. Since our building was on a hill and a pretty long walk from the restaurants and beach, we had a golf cart which added to the fun! It’s about 15 min by car to downtown La Paz. At first they put us in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit which was gorgeous but not ocean view. We had to stay there one night before switching to an ocean view. A little hiccup but not too much bother. We had great food at each of the restaurants and service was always great. The private beach club Cortés was soooo nice to hang out at! There’s a full service restaurant as well as service on the beach and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The only reason I rated this 4/5 is because of the construction. This is a growing area and there are multiple new buildings being built. We couldn’t hear it from within the unit but depending on where we were in the complex it could be quite loud. But even with that we really enjoyed our stay - it was exactly what we were looking for (minus the construction) "

"This hotel is an absolute gem in La Paz. It is quiet because it’s a little bit down the Malecon from the central area, but it’s still well positioned and a nice stroll to all the dining and shops. I loved my room (503)! The rooms are so much bigger than I was expecting. Everything was clean, and the AC worked well but wasn’t really needed most of the time. Loved the balcony and ocean view from my room as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. There was standing water and the shower head wasn’t the best. As well as the hot water not lasting super long. But that’s honestly nothing compared to the good things this hotel offers. The pool was a dream. What more can I say? Also, the restaurant, while a little on the expensive side, is great. The chilaquiles verde were my favorite. Ask for a little salsa picante if you need more spice. Highly, highly recommend!"

"Beautiful location just north of La Paz (about 15 min drive to the Malecón). Very peaceful, with a gorgeous view and access to a private beach. My kids loved the very large hot tub (the giant pool was a little cold for February). Service was ok - the cleaning staff only came by once instead of twice, and some of the appliances in the residence did not work properly. Would still highly recommend and would stay again. La Paz is amazing - not too busy, with plenty of things to do (if you can pull yourself away from reading by the pool!). "

"The noise level was horrible. Far from relaxing. Perhaps because they had two wedding events, but the noise level was terrible. Our first night, we were not allowed to access the beach club to lounge due to a wedding. The surrounding tenants, were so pound it made it difficult to get some sort of sleep. The second night, they hosted a second wedding at the Cortez golf club located at the top of the hill. however the music for the reception was a concert style type of party and once again, the noise was extremely loud. Not what I expected for a small vacation from our fast paced lifestyle. "

"Amenities out of this world with access to the beach club that was amazing. The balcony is gorgeous with amazing views to the marina and extremely close to the beach club. It was clean, could use new bedsheets they seemed more on the worn side but smelled extremely clean. We enjoy our stay so much and very much recommend it "
