"Hotel is very secure and well located. The rooms are excellent quality. But for the price it was let down by the following- We were located rooms in the corridor where decorating was being done and therefore had very strong paint odour the lift seemed unfinished and had visible wiring showing. The porters appeared very tired and spoke limited English. We were told a fruit bowl was included and will be sent up but did not receive one! "

"Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure.
