Completely miss sold
Posted 11 Sep 2017The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. The breakfast was basic and the evening menu limited to soft stuff. The hotel appears to be popular with senior citizens with very few younger people. The private beach is not cleaned with seaweed in most places. I would say the shuttle services from the resdenace to the beach is first class. The telephone didn't work, the room was not a cleaned properly with the rubbish left in our room. The duvet was made but the bed sheets were left untouched.

We kindly invit you to revert to us in the minute if that type of incident, that remains an exception, had to occure again. We are focused on our guests wellness and satisfaction, that is what our popularity is based on and why so many families and students come and visit us during their summer holidays, and why lots of retired enjoy the sweetness of september sunshine here.
We hope you will have a chance to come back between July and August to appreciate the joyful atmosphere of the village you were expecting and certainly make yourself another opinion about us.

Too much time wasted waiting for elevators

Un endroit très sympa !
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsJ'ai passé seulement 3 jours dans le club avec ma fille mais nous avons été enchantées. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner et repas très bien car du choix et de la qualité.

Insgesamt kann man eigentlich nicht meckern. Das Hotel ist halt in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Französischkenntnisse allerdings von Vorteil. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist eher 1.500 m. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, das Angebot an Obst und vor allem Gemüse zum Frühstück allerdings überschaubar. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Reinigungspersonal soll wohl vorhanden sein, wurde jedoch nur selten gesehen. Im Arbeitszeugnis würde stehen: ,,Waren da und stets bemüht, mehr aber auch nicht.'' In den Zimmern wurden nur gelegentlich die Hand- und Duschtücher gewechselt, gekehrt oder gar gewischt wurde gar nicht. Alles in allem trotzdem ok, da das Wetter richtig toll war und wir nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Also, nicht abschrecken lassen. Wer nicht allzuviel erwartet und keine deutschen Maßstäbe an Service und Sauberkeit ansetzt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das südfranzösische Flair entschädigt für so manches.
