The property itself is great, one can do a bit of walking (not a whole lot).

Th TV in my room didn’t work. The staff receiving my in room dining order was rude - asked for payment on delivery.

It was the perfect hotel for all our needs during transit for early morning flight. It was only 10 minutes away from the airport. Very clean facility, free upgrades, many dining options. We saw a beautiful pool there although could not use it due to rainy weather. The staff was more than friendly and welcoming. They did not wait for their standard shuttle and ordered a private taxi for us to go to the airport at 5:00 am. Over all it was a perfect stay.

Over rated and super expensive. 7 star price for a 4 star property.

The standards of the establishment has gone down a lot. No customer care / service. Right from checkin till checkout everything is delayed. Have to wait 30 min to get help with luggage. I stayed at this place every time I visit India, but thinking to look for alternatives. Except location and prices nothing standing out here.
