The service was moderate but there was a kind of damp smell in the hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price we pay. The hotel needs to pay special attention to smell, flies and mosquitoes in room.

I always prefer to stay at this hotel while in Hyderabad due to its location, size of rooms and fast Wifi. Staffs are very helpful. Special mention of Murali who is always there to help and greet with a smile. Food is also very good along with a prompt room service. Rooms are a bit old and probably needs some renovation as it is housed in an old building

We had no internet in the rooms the time we were there. The rooms need to be painted and new beds and sofas added as they were dirty. Shower grim was horrible.would not stay here again- lobby was clean and food good from both restaurants. These areas were clean and up to date/ they need to do this for the rest of the hotel

Centrally located and immediate access to important places. However, the hotel itself has very poor cross ventilation. There are no windows from the room outside, so the air inside the room and bathroom is stale and dirty.
